This Is How Founders Learn

This is not a programme of classrooms and slides. Across 6 days in Medellín, participants learn entrepreneurship the way it is really built: through real workshops, real founders, and direct contact with one of Latin America's most dynamic startup ecosystems. The focus is experience, not information. Participants develop an entrepreneurial mindset, practise design thinking, and meet the people building Medellín's innovation scene first-hand. They leave with real ideas, and the confidence to build them.

Inside Medellín's Startup Ecosystem

• Take part in daily hands-on workshops covering entrepreneurship, innovation, and practical design thinking
• Meet local founders and mentors shaping Medellín's startup scene, and hear how they built their ventures
• Work in small groups on a real idea, from first concept through to pitch
• Learn through experiential activities rooted in real business, not theory

Beyond the Classroom

• Spend a full day at Guatapé and El Peñol, Colombia's most colourful town and one of its most iconic views
• Walk Comuna 13 with a local guide, once one of the city's most difficult neighbourhoods, now a living case study in reinvention
• Visit a working coffee farm, tracing the journey from plant to cup with the people who grow it
• Experience the real Medellín, its food, its transport, its everyday rhythm, not the tourist version
