Cancellation and refund policy

We understand that plans change. The refund you receive depends on how far before the programme start date you cancel.

More than 2 months before the start date

Full refund, less any costs already paid on your behalf that cannot be recovered.

Between 1 and 2 months before the start date

50% of the programme fee is refunded.

Less than 1 month before the start date

The booking cannot be cancelled and the fee is non-refundable.

In all cases, money already spent on a participant's behalf that cannot be recovered, such as flight tickets or pre-paid accommodation, is non-refundable.
