For Institutions
For schools, universities and organisations
We work directly with institutions to make their teaching more effective and more enjoyable.
Through training, coaching, and programme design, we help educators move from passive delivery to active, participatory learning that keeps people engaged and helps them apply what they learn. Whether you want to refresh how a single subject is taught or rethink a whole programme, we build practical solutions around your context.

How we teach
Non-formal learning

Our methods are built on non-formal learning, where people learn by doing rather than by sitting and listening. Workshops, real challenges, role-plays, games, and reflection turn learners into active participants who shape the session themselves. This is what makes our training engaging, and it is why people remember and use what they learn long after it ends.
How we teach
Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a practical, human-centred way to solve problems, and it runs through much of what we teach. Learners work through a clear cycle: understand the people they are designing for, define the real problem, generate ideas, build quick prototypes, then test and improve. It moves learners from talking about ideas to making and trying them, which is exactly the kind of active learning we believe in.
In our entrepreneurship programmes, students use Design Thinking to turn a rough idea into a tested concept in a single workshop, through empathy mapping, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and feedback. The same approach helps the institutions we advise redesign how they teach, so lessons start from real learner needs rather than fixed content.
- 01
Empathize
Understand the real people and problems behind the challenge, through conversations, observation and immersion.
- 02
Define
Turn what we've learned into a clear, specific problem worth solving.
- 03
Ideate
Generate a wide range of possible solutions, without judging too early.
- 04
Prototype
Build quick, low-cost versions of the strongest ideas to make them tangible.
- 05
Test
Put prototypes in front of real users, learn, and refine.
Rethink how your learners experience a lesson
Tell us about your context and we will build a practical solution around it.
