This Is How Global Youth Learn

This is not a programme of classrooms and slides. Across 5 days in Fethiye and 3 in Istanbul, young participants learn entrepreneurship the way it is really lived: through negotiation, observation, and real contact with the people who build businesses and shape a city.

The focus is experience, not information. Participants watch how business actually works in Turkey, practise negotiating in a real market, meet the people behind a local ecosystem, and step inside one of the world's leading incubators. They leave able to spot opportunities and imagine how to bring these ideas home to their own countries.

Fethiye: learning in the real world

• Explore the Fethiye Tuesday market, learning negotiation, the value of things, and how Turkish people do business first-hand
• Meet Fethiye Municipality to understand the local entrepreneurship ecosystem, youth opportunities, and support systems
• Connect with local young people and share perspectives across cultures
• Experience the coast through beaches, a boat trip to Saint Nicholas Island, and the Babadağ cable car
• Learn through experiential activities rooted in real life, not theory

Istanbul: inside a world-class ecosystem

• Visit ITU Çekirdek, one of the world's leading startup incubators, and see how a real ecosystem works
• Walk the Grand Bazaar and read a centuries-old marketplace with an entrepreneur's eye
• Step inside the Blue Mosque, and take in Hagia Sophia and the gardens of Topkapı Palace, tracing Byzantine, Ottoman, and modern Turkey
• Cross from Europe to Asia by public ferry to Kadıköy, and ride the tram, experiencing the real city and its everyday culture, not the tourist version
